Scope of Work: Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

●  Duration: 3-Month Project: Focused Franchise Launch Execution 

●  Monthly Investment: $7,500  + Travel Expenses / Based on Monthly Retainer 

●  Time Commitment:  60 hours per month @ $125 per hour

Publicity & Media Relations

Strategic market penetration: Key contact identification, outreach management, press release/media alert development and distribution, demo pitches, and story angle creation. Coordinate TV placements and influencer visits.

Event Planning & Production

VIP Event Management: Develop invitation lists, monitor RSVP/follow-up, manage event reminders, and input reservation details. Production oversight for all VIP events.

Creative Design

Asset Production: Design all necessary launch assets, including banners, signage, marketing collateral, gift certificates, coupons, and social media graphics (via Canva).

Production Management

Vendor Coordination: Manage print production, or coordinate directly with designated print and fulfillment vendors. (Note: Printing/production costs are the client's responsibility.)

Digital Presence

Social & Search Management: Direct management of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.

Account Management

Reporting & Collaboration: Ongoing status and collaboration meetings with ownership and marketing teams throughout the 4-month project duration.

Production and management of on-site VIP events require the client to cover the following direct costs. This is for one VIP event only.

●  Travel: RT flight from Denver. 

●  Accommodation: 3 nights (2 pre-event, 1 post-event) in a secure location.

●  On-Site Transport: Use of Uber/Lyft only (no rental car).

●  Event Hard Costs: Client is responsible for all event supplies (decorations, swag, etc.).
